Human trafficking is a severe violation of human rights that undermines the integrity of assisted reproductive practices. Flowerday Fertility Law stands firmly against human trafficking in all its forms, including the exploitation or coercion of Surrogates, Donors, or Intended Parents. We incorporate and advocate for legal frameworks and practices that protect the autonomy, well-being, and rights of all individuals involved, including the children born through these processes. Flowerday Fertility Law strongly recommends that all parties to its fertility agreements obtain independent legal counsel and advocates to ensure that all terms and conditions included in any fertility agreement are based on principles of fairness, voluntariness, and fully informed consent.
